Crimealysis operates as a distributed, remote-first team. There's no requirement to be based in or work from a physical office — our team works from wherever they are, with structure built around asynchronous collaboration and regular check-ins to stay aligned.

Every role at Crimealysis is remote. We don't maintain a central office, and there's no expectation to relocate or work from a specific location.
Async-first communication
We default to written, asynchronous updates so people can do focused work on their own schedule, with regular syncs to keep the team aligned.
Hired for output
We evaluate people on the quality of their work, not the hours they're logged in or where they're sitting.
